- Make sure to state that you are with The Gathering of the Gargoyles to recieve the group rate.
- Room reservations include free Breakfast Buffet from 7am-11am with purchase of a drink.
- Above rates do not include tax (Currently 11.75%), and a $1 per night local phone access charge.
- Hotel Parking is free of charge.
- All Standard Rooms include minifridge and microwave. (Food stores nearby help save money on eating out.) 2 Twin beds or 1 King bed can be requested.
- Presidential Suites include kitchen area, 1 King bed, and 1 Sofa-sleeper. Large-screen TV and/or Jacuzzi rooms can be requested.
- River, pool, or indoor Jacuzzi/cafe view rooms are available upon request, as well as smoking rooms.
- Pet policy varies by location and may require additional fees.
- A Credit Card or advance payment is required to guarantee room reservations. If a credit card is given, it is not charged prior to your arrival. If you do not wish to reserve your room with a credit card, advance payment of Check or Money Order can be sent to:

Notes:
The end directions on map sites are slightly misleading, especially when using the above hotel address.
The stoplights on the Pigeon Forge main strip are conveniently numbered, starting at the welcome center with light #0, and ending just before the Great Smoky Mountains National Park with light #10.
When arriving from Sevierville, you can either:
Take a left at light #5 onto Jake Thomas Rd., and then a right onto N. River Rd. The Grand will be a short ways down that road on your left. (Probably an easier route traffic-wise.) -or- Take the left turn lane just AFTER light #6. This will allow you onto the other side of the Parkway (basically a small U-turn), and you will take an almost immediate right turn onto Frances Ave. Take a left onto N. River Rd. and you will be directly in front of the Grand on the right.
If arriving from Gatlinburg:
Either take a right onto Frances Ave. just before light #6, and a left onto N. River Rd. or take a right at light #5 onto Jake Thomas Rd. and then right again onto N. River Rd.
