Room Rates

The following special room rates are being offered to our attendees:

Deluxe King Non-Smoking Room - $169 / night
The maximum number of persons per King room is two (2).

Deluxe Queen/Queen Non-Smoking Room - $169 / night
The maximum number of persons per Queen/Queen room is four (4).

Room rates are subject to the prevailing room tax, currently 13.5%.

Reservation Procedures

Reservations must be made through Hotel's Reservations Department by calling 847-866-8700 or toll free 1-888-677-4648. Major credit cards can be used reserve your rooms. Our group rate of $169 will apply for the block of rooms we have reserved for The Gathering of the Gargoyles 2008 based on past convention attendance numbers. If we go over our projected room figures, the Hotel Orrington will hold the $169 rate for anyone making reservations for The Gathering based on room availability, so please reserve early.

Finding Roommates

If you wish to share a room, you are responsible for finding your own roomates. The Gathering 2008 convention staff can not assist you in finding roommates or making your hotel reservations. To get in touch with other attendees, please visit the ride and room sharing message board on our Forum.
