If you are purchasing more than one membership for individuals with the same mailing address, please list additional names on the back of this form. For memberships at different mailing addresses, please use a separate form for each person ordering a membership. Payment
may be made by check or
money
order, made payable in U.S. Dollars, to The Gathering of the
Gargoyles.
Please allow ten (10) business days for personal checks to clear. There
will be a $15 fee assessed on any check returned from the bank unpaid
for
any reason. Please
do NOT mail cash. Cash
payments
will be accepted only for memberships purchased at the door. At the
door
membership rates will be $75.00 for Adults (ages 15 and up) and $45.00
for
Children (ages 10 to 14). Please note that Registration Forms
received
without payment enclosed will not be processed. If you wish to pay by
credit

and use our online registration page.
