Room Rates

The following special room rates are being offered to our attendees:

Single or Double Occupancy: $159 per night
Each additional person: $35 per night

These rates do not include applicable state and local taxes (currently 14.045%).

Reservation Procedures

By phone: Reservations may be made by calling the hotel directly at 818-506-2500, or by calling the Hilton's national reservations center toll free at 1-800-HILTONS. Please mention that you are with The Gathering of the Gargoyles when calling to receive the group rate.

Online: Reservations may be made through the Hilton Group Reservations page that has been set up for The Gathering of the Gargoyles.

Group rates are not available through travel agents or third-party web sites.

Reservation Cut-off Date

Reservations must be made by Monday, August 10, 2009 to be guaranteed the group rate. Reservations after this date are subject to rate and space availability.

Finding Roommates

Attendees wishing to share a room are responsible for finding their own roommates. The Gathering 2009 convention staff can not assist with finding roommates or making hotel reservations. To get in touch with other attendees, please visit the ride and room sharing message board on our Forum.
