Dry Bones Curiously Compelling Curio (drybones.etsy.com / www.y2hecate.com) - Dry Bones specializes in one of a kind bone jewlery and sculpture for the eccentric. We strive to showcase the natural beauty of the skeleton with treated and otherwise unaltered bones. All pieces are typically made from found bones collected across the highways of America. Specimen 7 (specimen7.etsy.com) - The Specimen 7 collection was found at the estate sale of Mrs. Edna Lee Ellis (1949-2008), the second wife of renowned scientist Charles Ellis (1930-1998), well known for his research into other-planetary life forms. Although much of Dr. Ellis' research is now considered to be an elaborate hoax, or at least not reproducible, we have no explanation for the thousands of carefully preserved specimens found in the Ellis basement.
All specimens from the estate of Mrs. Edna Lee Ellis have been carefully preserved and restored when necessary to what is presumed to be their original condition.
All specimens are one of a kind.
Limited space is still available our Dealer's Room for businesses and organizations who wish to offer merchandise for
sale to Gathering of the Gargoyles attendees. We are looking for quality retailers to help make this year's convention
the best one ever. We expect to have over 400 attendees from across the country and around the world. Products that would
be of interest to our members include:
A combined Art Show & Dealer's Room is planned for this year's convention. The shared room will be approximately 2,200
square feet, with the Art Show located at the rear of the space and the Dealer's Room located in the front. About ten
six-foot long tables will be available to dealers. Electricity is available at no charge, but each dealer is responsible
for bringing his or her own extension cords and power strips. Each dealer will be showcased on our website and in our
convention program. The price for one table is $100.00, which includes two convention memberships. Additional tables
are $100.00 each, and additional memberships are $35.00 each (limit of 4).
